General conditions
The Energiebespaardienst is an initiative of Winst uit je woning. On behalf of Mooiland, Winst uit je woning organizes this action. In this way, Mooiland wants to help residents take energy-saving measures to save on energy costs.
The following conditions apply to Energiebespaardienst :
- You express your interest by registering at Winst uit je woning. This registration is free and without obligation, you are not obligated to anything.
- During your registration, you can schedule an appointment with one of the coaches at energiebespaardienst at a time of your choosing.
- After registration, a visit by the coach takes place, who installs energy-saving products and gives advice on energy-saving measures. With the goal of saving on your energy costs.

- What do you do if you are not satisfied with the products you received?
- Have you received a product you are not satisfied with or is the product not working properly? Or do you want to return products for another reason? Please let us know so we can resolve this. You can contact our Helpdesk.
- The warranty period of these products can be found in the descriptions. Depending on the problem, we will discuss with you how best to solve it, for example by sending a coach to your home again.
- For the products placed or left during the visit of the Energiebespaardienst , you will not receive a refund. This is because you received these products for free.
- Canceling visits:
- Have you signed up for a visit from the Energiebespaardienst, but want to reschedule or cancel your appointment? Then call the Helpdesk at Winst uit je woning on 023-58 369 36. One of our colleagues will then assist you further. There is only limited availability, so be quick.
- We prefer to receive a cancellation 24 hours before the appointment. That way the coach can still easily go to another address.
