Do you have a complaint about Energiebespaardienst or an energy-saving product that a coach installed? Please let our help desk at the Energiebespaardienst of Winst uit je woning know. Then we will come to a good solution together. Read below what you can do if you have a complaint.
Step 1. We are happy to help you. Report your complaint by telephone to Winst uit je woning on 023 583 6936 or send an e-mail to klachten@winstuitjewoning.nl.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- A description of your complaint (and, if applicable, the date of your visit by the coach)
- The desired solution
- If necessary, an attachment to substantiate your complaint
Step 2. You will receive a confirmation via email and our help desk will immediately handle your complaint. We evaluate your complaint and take the appropriate follow-up steps if necessary.
Step 3. You will receive a response from us within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.
Step 4. We aim to come to a solution together within 14 days that you are happy with and that all parties are comfortable with. Do we need more time to help you? Then we will inform you within those 14 days of the expected turnaround time.
Step 5. Not satisfied with your solution or still have questions? Then contact us again and together we will find another solution.
